Civil Service Abroad: Start with Us

Registration is officially open for 6 Civil Service positions abroad (Senegal) with Energy for Human Rights and Rights to the Heart.

Targets
The general objectives of the project are to contribute to the improvement of the psychophysical health of women in general, of those of maternal-fertile age and of children in particular, with reference to the SDGs and of the whole population in general as regards the decrease in the incidence rate of diseases of poverty and peculiarly of malaria. The proposed activities are: hiring and placing in a role as a psychologist and planning activities for the psychological listening desk; seminars aimed at training some women for the creation of the anti-violence desk; hiring and set-up for the creation of a specialist clinic – consultancy; awareness and days dedicated to public debates for prevention; training of 20 health promoters for the malaria observatory;

How to live a year of solidarity commitment in the Universal Civil Service?  Aspiring volunteer operators must submit the application form exclusively through the Online Questions (DOL) platform accessible via PC,  tablet  and  smartphone  at: https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it . Applications for participation must be submitted  no later than 14.00 on 10 October 2019.  Read the announcement:  https://www.serviziocivile.gov.it/menusx/bandi/selezione-volontari/bandoord2019.aspx 

The announcement was published on the website of the Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service  Young Italians and foreigners with regular residence permits ,  aged between 18 and 28, with  no criminal record can apply. The civil service with CIPSI and related entities lasts 1 2 months and commits 25 hours per week.  Young people receive a  contribution of 439.50 euros per month.  In projects abroad, a daily allowance is added that ranges from 13 to 15 euros depending on the country of destination, in addition to the reimbursement of food and accommodation.

To access the application compilation and submission services on the DOL platform, you must be recognized by the system, which can take place in two ways:

  1. Italian citizens residing in Italy or abroad and citizens of countries outside the European Union legally residing in Italy  can access it exclusively with SPID , the Public Digital Identity System.  All the information on what SPID is, what services it offers and how to request it is available on the Agency for Digital Italy website  agid.gov.it/it/piat platforms/spid .
  2. Citizens belonging to a European Union country other than Italy or to Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein, who still cannot have the SPID, and citizens of countries outside the European Union awaiting the issue of a residence permit,  can access the DOL platform services upon request of specific credentials from the Department, according to a procedure available on the  home page  of the platform itself.
